Any entity that uses plastic as a packaging at any scale needs to apply for EPR certificate under Plastic Waste Management. Therefore, any Producer, Importer, Distributor or Brand Owner that uses Plastic as part of packaging of any type needs to apply for EPR for Plastic Waste.
What is the Validity for Plastic Waste EPR Certificate?
Validity for EPR Plastic waste if 1 year for the first time and 2 years thereafter upon renewal.
